NEW YORK—Ogilvy Public Relations has named Nicky McHugh executive director of its New York corporate practice. Reporting to Ogilvy PR New York managing director Jennifer Scott, McHugh will lead the strategic direction and growth of the practice. She joins from MSLGroup where she served as the corporate group's deputy practice director and lead for the financial and professional services teams. Previously, McHugh was vice president at Stanton Public Relations and Hill & Knowlton.

ST. LOUIS—Lisa Moehlenkamp has been appointed chief talent officer of FleishmanHillard. She will oversee the firm's human resources, employee training and development, and workplace quality programs across its global network. Moehlenkamp had been leading the team responsible for talent management in the agency's US East and Mid-Atlantic regions, as well as in Latin America and EMEA. She also was managing the firm's talent acquisition function. In her new capacity, she will report to FleishmanHillard President and CEO Dave Senay. She succeeds Agnes Gioconda, who after 20 years in the job, is stepping back to take on a part-time role.

PITTSBURGH—WordWrite Communications has promoted Jeremy Church to vice president, media and content strategies. Church, a three-year veteran of WordWrite, has counseled many of the agency’s largest clients on public relations, social media and inbound marketing, including Fragasso Financial Advisors, Kennametal and Pfizer.
