NEW YORK — GCI Health has hired Kirsten Whipple as executive VP, wellness and nutrition. Whipple will oversee the continued growth of the agency’s wellness and nutrition offering, which includes brand-driven programming that elevates clients as leaders in the space. She was previously senior VP & partner and health & wellness practice lead at FleishmanHillard in Chicago.

NEW YORK — Christa Lombardi has joined DeVries Global as senior VP, health and wellness. Lombardi is charged with managing and growing the agency’s North America health + wellness portfolio. She joins from Ketchum, where she most recently was VP/group manager, food, health and wellness.

DALLAS AND HOUSTON — Edelman Southwest has named three senior leaders to its brand, health and corporate practices. They are Dallas-based executive VP Kristena Lucky, who will head the firm’s Southwest brand practice. Senior VP Brooke Taylor will head Edelman’s Dallas corporate practice. Senior VP Kate Burton will head the agency’s Southwest health sector from its Houston office.

NEW YORK — SourceCode Communications has hired Hugh Collins to oversee the agency’s fintech and enterprise practices. Collins joins SourceCode from Bateman Group, where he was a VP and the fintech lead. Before that, Collins worked with SourceCode co-founders Greg Mondshein and Becky Honeyman at Hotwire Global, where he lead the fintech and regtech practices in the US.

BOONTON, NJ — The S3 Agency has hired Leon Grassi as VP sales & marketing. Grassi will be responsible for developing new business relationships and overseeing marketing strategy for S3. He previously served as VP of sales & marketing at The DSM Group.

WASHINGTON — Bully Pulpit Interactive has named Jessica Reis senior director, further bolstering the agency’s research and analytics capabilities. Jessica brings nearly 15 years of experience as a pollster, communications consultant, and campaign strategist. Prior to joining BPI, she was a VP at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner where she led the firm’s international and corporate brand work.

WASHINGTON — Liz Squire has joined Trident DMG as a senior account manager. Squire joins Trident from the US Department of Health and Human Services, where she served as the communications director for the Office of the Chief Technology Officer.
