MEXICO CITY — Llorente & Cuenca has announced the designation of the two new managing co-directors for its office in Mexico, Juan Arteaga and Rogelio Blanco will replace Juan Rivera, who has decided to embark on a new professional venture. Both will report directly to Alejandro Romero, current Partner and CEO of the Americas, who, for eight years was in charge of that same office, and will resume leadership of the Mexican market.

LOS ANGELES — Englander, Knabe & Allen has named Kellie Hawkins senior vice president. She will lead their health, education and social services practice. Most recently, Hawkins serves as COO for the National Health Foundation. Prior to that, she managed the health and human services sector at The Hawkins Company. Her experience also includes roles at the US Department of Health and Human Services and the World Trade Center Health Benefits Program.
