SAN FRANCISCO — Demonstrate has named Sean DallasKidd chief creative officer and partner of Demonstrate. DallasKidd will be based out of the agency’s San Francisco headquarters and will lead creative strategy, content and production. DallasKidd joins Demonstrate from J. Walter Thompson where he most recently led creative for the San Francisco office. Prior to joining J. Walter Thompson in 2016, DallasKidd was SVP & Partner at FleishmanHillard where he focused on developing their content and creative capabilities. 

NEW YORK  — Fenton has added four new members to its team — Daria Hall, Derrick Robinson, Christian Hendricks and Alexander Bryden. Hall (pictured) and Robinson, who were most recently with America’s Promise Alliance and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law respectively, join as Washington-based VPs. Graphic designer and filmmaker Hendricks joins Fenton’s New York digital & creative team. Bryden, most recently with JustLeadershipUSA, will also work in New York as a senior account executive.

CLEVELAND — Sweeney has hired Olivia Hiles as associate art director. In this new hybrid agency position, Hiles will be responsible for collaborating with digital and account services teams to help design and execute creative client campaigns and projects across all traditional and digital platforms. Hiless most recently was the lead designer and brand specialist with Prosper for Purpose.

MILWAUKEEGMR Marketing has hired Michael Shea as VP of client consulting + services. Shea will be focused on new business development as well as leading experiential strategy, program implementation and consultation for GMR’s current clients. Most recently, Shea engaged customers and brands through non-traditional, experience-based platforms as the founder of DV8, his marketing consultancy.
