NEW YORK — Employee communications and HR advisory firm Cheer Partners has expanded its capabilities with hires bringing experience from Pfizer, Edelman and Rubenstein. They are: Carrie Goldstein, a Pfizer communications director, who joins as managing director and team lead, employee communications; Carol Ready joins from Edelman as senior director, communications; and Lisa Fedrizzi, who joins from Rubenstein Public Relations as senior talent lead.

Schiumo, who has been a TV journalist for more than two decades, brings expertise in media relations to the role.
