Before joining LAWA, Celine served in several high-level roles in the Villaraigosa administration including deputy mayor for legislative and intergovernmental relations where she was also a member of the Mayor's executive team.

KANSAS CITY, MO—Integrated agency MMGY Global has named Julie Freeman as executive vice president and managing director, public relations. She will lead MMGY's worldwide public relations practice and its New York City office, reporting to MMGY CEO, Clayton Reid.
