NEW YORK—Allison & Partners has created a new “creativity council” and named Billee Howard, who joined the firm earlier this year as managing director of the brand innovation group, as creative development officer.

"As we approach our 10-year anniversary and begin expansion into international markets, we need to evolve our creative offerings to ensure that great ideas are what define our brand," says Andy Hardie- Brown, co-founder and COO of Allison & Partners. "Billee’s new role will help us better serve the clients we have and position us for long-term success as the industry continues to move from being transactional to innovatively creative in ways that improve clients’ brand reputation and bottom-line performance."

The firm is also launching a Naked Culture blog, designed to provide commentary and insights on the cultural cues brands must be aware of to capitalize on opportunities at the intersection of business, the arts and politics.

In her new role, Howard will work to encourage “non-linear thinking” at the firm and will oversee the creative direction of the Allison & Partners brand, working closely with client teams to develop new and creative approaches to public relations.

The firm has also named Tania Condon as senior vice president of marketing. Condon will provide companywide marketing support and liaise with other MDC Partners companies to promote new business collaboration.
