SAN FRANCISCO — Allison+Partners has revamped its senior management structure, promoting three leaders — Jonathan Heit, Cathy Planchard and Matthew Della Croce — to newly created global president roles.

Heit has served as the agency’s president of the Americas since 2015. In his new global position, he will add overseeing Asian business to his responsibilities. Allison+Partners co-founder and former COO Andy Hardie-Brown, who worked in Singapore helping to build the firm's Asian business, has transitioned to vice chairman and co-chair of the company's global board.

Anne Colaiacovo, who had been chair of the Eastern region and co-chair of the agency’s consumer marketing practice, has stepped into the president of North America role.

Meantime, Planchard has been upped from president to global president of All Told, Allison+Partners’ integrated marketing division, as which she’ll have oversight of its worldwide operations. Della Croce was promoted from president of Europe and the agency's corporate practice to global president, with oversight of Allison+Partners' Europe and corporate divisions.

“As the agency continues to scale globally, we felt it was the right time to evolve the leadership structure to better serve our clients and our teams,” said Scott Allison. “Jonathan, Cathy and Matthew will continue to focus on opportunities to grow our worldwide footprint and expand our capabilities for both existing and new clients.”
