SAN FRANCISCO—Allison+Partners has promoted Phoenix general manager Cathy Planchard and global corporate practice head Matthew Della Croce to senior partner. Planchard joined the firm in 2010 from Mindspace, and has more than 20 years of industry experience; Della Croce was senior vice president and general manager of MWW Group's New York office before joining Allison, also in 2010.

Joining the management team as newly-named partners are Zach Colvin, general manager of the San Francisco office and Kent Schwartz, senior vice president of finance. Colvin joined the agency in 2006 and has been instrumental in the advancement of the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, while Schwartz has supported the firm’s growth from $13 million to $33 million during his tenure.

In addition, Richard Kendall—former general manger of the San Diego office—will now focus on the agency’s growth in the Pacific Northwest as general manager of Seattle.

Finally, Brian Brokowski has joined Allison+Partners as the new San Diego general manager from SG Biofuels, where he ran global communications. He will oversee the continued expansion of the office with a particular emphasis on the technology, travel and tourism, healthcare, biotechnology and life science and education markets.
