BERLIN — Hering Schuppener's Andreas Winiarski has taken on a senior role at VC firm Earlybird, reports PR Report.

Winiarski assumes the new role after just 15 months at Hering Schuppener, during which he built the firm's digital capabilities as managing partner. His unit, which now numbers 15 employees, will be integrated into the agency, with Winiarski retaining a consultancy position at the German firm.

"Our customers expect digital competence in all aspects of our work," said Ralf Hering. "Thanks to our new corporate digital hub, we now offer classic and digital communications integrated from a single source like no other strategic communications consulting."

At Earlybird, Winiarski will focus on scaling up startups and the digital transformation of corporations.

Prior to joining Hering Schuppener, Winiarski led the spin-off of boutique consultancy RCKT from Rocket Internet.
