BRUSSELS--APCO Insight president Bryan Dumont is to lead the firm's global opinion research practice from its Brussels office.

Dumont relocates from APCO's global HQ in Washington DC. Since joining APCO in 1999, Dumont has helped develop APCO Insight's opinion research offering, which includes the Champion Brand Index that measures the brand strength of nearly 600 of the world's largest public and private companies.

“I’m delighted that Bryan is moving to our region,” said APCO Europe MD Ed Walsh. “As one of the main architects of APCO Insight’s ground-breaking research methodologies, Bryan has shaped some of the world’s most successful communication campaigns in recent years. I know his leadership will significantly strengthen APCO’s opinion research offering for clients based in this region.”

Prior to joining APCO Insight, Dumont was a consultant in the management consulting practice at PwC where he coordinated research projects for governments and corporations. While at PwC, he also managed the Global CEO Survey for the World Economic Forum’s annual conference in Davos, Switzerland.

“I’ve witnessed first-hand the growing demand of companies and associations in the region for actionable opinion and reputation research," said Dumont. "By continuing to build our European presence from Brussels, I hope to help more clients in the region benefit from our cutting-edge methodologies and help them turn reliable research data into actionable recommendations. This in turn will enable clients to build and strengthen their reputations and achieve their business goals.”
