SYDNEY — Archetype has partnered with enterprise incubator Mach49 to launch Australian solar startup Clipsal Solar. The agency has been appointed to lead all marketing strategy and creative for the data analytics company that was born out of French giant Schneider Electric to disrupt the energy market in Australia. Clipsal Solar provides innovative data analytics for Australian households to help cut energy bills and have powerful insights into their energy use.
SYDNEY — Thrive has appointed Diana Pong as head of its specialist Asian communications division, with an initial focus on working with Chinese brands who are entering or building their presence in local Australian and New Zealand markets. The division will also lead local multicultural communications for brands looking to strengthen their marketing efforts with the growing Asian and multicultural communities in Australia and New Zealand. Pong previously held senior roles with Edelman and WE, and was MD of global PR agency Cohn & Wolfe in Hong Kong.

Sharma comes to SPAG with nearly a decade of experience in varied communications and marketing functions. Earlier this year, the firm appointed Priyanka Bajpai as the regional head for Southeast Asia and expanded its scope of work with the Global Innovation Policy Centre beyond India to include key Asian markets.
