HONG KONG — MTR, Hong Kong’s public transportation company, has tapped WE Hong Kong as a three-year partner in creating and facilitating its Youth Forum program. The forum program, MTR’s flagship CSR initiative, is meant to foster direct exchanges of ideas between young people and MTR executives. The goal is to help leaders better understand young people’s views, and provide them with professional development opportunities and activities.

NEW DELHI — The National Institute for Transforming India, a policy think tank, has tapped Avian Media to lead its digital initiatives. Avian Media won the account following a competitive pitch. Avian’s work will include digital amplification, social media management, and website development.

SYDNEY — John Rynehart, who has spent two decades in journalism and communications, has joined PPR as its ANZ director of corporate. He will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s corporate offerings in six offices across Australia and New Zealand. Rynehart most recently was deputy managing director of Four Communications Middle East. He helped lead a team of more than 40 consultants in offices across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
