SINGAPORE—Dan Benelisha (pictured) has joined the Singapore office of Porter Novelli as senior vice president and managing director. In addition to leading the office, growing and retaining talent, Benelisha will serve as the regional lead for one of Porter Novelli's largest clients. He reports to Angie Schneider, president, Asia Pacific. Benelisha joins Porter Novelli from Groupon, where he served as head of communications for the APAC Tiger region. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Waggener Edstrom, most recently as vice president.

HONG KONG—Following a competitive pitch, independent PR agency Sinclair Communications has been re-appointed as agency partner for Singapore Tourism Board on a retainer basis. Sinclair will continue to champion the YourSingapore brand and will be responsible for STB’s public relations and social media activation for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
