SYDNEY—Interpublic agency Creation has been named public relations agency of record across Asia Pacific for Splunk, a software platform for real-time operational intelligence. The Splunk Asia Pacific account will be led from Creation Australia.

SINGAPORE—Affiniti has been appointed as the branding consultant for Koperasi Angkatan Tentera Malaysia, as it makes its transformation from a Malaysian Armed Forces credit cooperative bank into a cooperative one. Affiniti will spearhead the entire branding and marketing efforts, which will include the co-operative bank's new name, brand story and strategy.

DELHI—Kanika Kalra​ has been named head of public relations at Practo Technologies, which connects consumers with medical professionals. She was previously public relations officer at TaxiForSure and before that held positions as assistant manager, events and media, at Rupa Publications and assistant marketing manager at MaXposure Media Group.
