Eleven’s appointment, won through a competitive pitch, sees all PR responsibilities folded into its Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland offices, providing integrated solutions across B2C and B2B audiences. The account has previously been with several PR agencies.

SYDNEY — The agency INVNT has appointed Brea Carter (pictured) to the newly created role of director of PR and marketing. Based out of INVNT's Sydney office, which was launched in April, Carter will be responsible for leading the company's PR and marketing efforts on an international scale. She will work in close collaboration with CEO, Scott Cullather, and the agency's growing number of offices in North America, EMEA and APAC.

GURUGRAM — Genesis Burson-Marsteller has made key leadership appointments in the areas of public relations, digital, content and design and media. Mani Lamba has been appointed as the India practice chair for the corporate & financial practice, bringing 17+ years of agency, corporate and industry association and government experience to the role. Vishal Gaba returns to GBM as head of the firm’s digital studio after running his own start-up. HONG KONG — Online food delivery service Deliveroo has appointed Golin Hong Kong as its communications partner. The agency has been tasked to create and execute PR work focused around government relations, corporate profiling and public affairs. Golin will support the business of Deliveroo in Hong Kong via a multi-tiered strategy of stakeholder relations, strategic public communications, and support for special events and launches.

HONG KONG — The Centre for Heritage, Arts and Textile (CHAT), part of the heritage conservation project of The Mills, the former cotton spinning mills of Nan Fung Textiles in Tsuen Wan, has appointed Sutton’s Hong Kong branch as its communications agency. Sutton will handle all media responsibilities in the lead up to and during the 2019 grand opening of CHAT, one of the largest privately-initiated heritage conservation projects in Hong Kong.

SHANGHAI — The Condé Nast Center of Fashion & Design’s Shanghai outpost has appointed Reuter Communications as its retained agency in China. The luxury intelligence, communications and marketing agency will oversee strategic and digital communications in China to develop and raise awareness as the center evolves its strategic offering and positioning. SINGAPORE — The electricity provider Geneco has named The Hoffman Agency its PR agency of record. The Hoffman Agency is appointed on a year-long retainer and will be responsible for managing the energy retailer’s public relations duties in Singapore including media outreach and relations, messaging and reputation management, among others.
