BEIJING—The Holmes Report has rounded out its jury for this year’s Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards competition with the addition of senior in-house communicators such as Charlene Chian from Facebook, Garima Varma from GE Research and Christopher Samuel from Monsanto, and agency leaders including Charles Lankester from Sharpe Lankester and Ye Yu from Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

They join a jury that includes corporate communicators from Cisco, Lenovo, Nando’s Australia, SAP, Temasek Holdings and Vedanta; senior executives from global agencies Burson-Marsteller, Cohn & Wolfe, Edelman, Golin, Ketchum, MSL, Ogilvy, Ruder Finn, and Weber Shandwick; and principals from top regional firms such as Dentsu PR in Japan, One Green Bean in Australia, and PR Hub in India.

Says Paul Holmes, editor of The Holmes Report and chairman of the judges, “One of the things that distinguishes the SABRE competition is the quality of our judges. These are seasoned veterans drawn from all sides of the business from all the major markets in the Asia-Pacific region, and they bring experience and insight to the judging process.”

The deadline for entries is August 11, and entrants can download the entry forms here, and upload their entries here.

The awards will be presented at a gala dinner in Beijing on September 18, which will be preceded by our first Asia-Pacific In2 (Insight + Innovation) Summit.
