SAN JOSE, CA — Brocade has consolidated its seven-figure global PR business with three agencies following a global review last year.

Ogilvy PR is hired to oversee North America, while Kaizo has been selected for EMEA. In Asia-Pacific, Havas Worldwide Siren comes onboard. Brocade previously worked with more than 15 agencies worldwide, including H+K Strategies in the US and FleishmanHillard in EMEA.

The company's new PR firms will aim to target business decision makers including C-suite executives, IT and network managers, using analyst relations, social media, corporate communications and thought-leadership activities.

The campaign will focus on positioning Brocade at the heart of the technology industry’s  ‘New IP’ effort, which enables enterprises move from closed propriety networks to those which are open and innovation driven.

The programme will also seek to position Brocade’s 'New IP' capabilities as the ideal foundation for deploying business models that take full advantage of the mobility, cloud, social networking, and big data technologies, collectively described by IDC as the Third Platform.
