LONDON — Citizen Relations London has won a multi-brand brief from Electrolux to support household appliance brands AEG and Zanussi in the UK.

The consumer and B2B account, previously held by Clarion Communications, covers year-round engaging consumer and trade news generation, social content creation, equity building campaigns and product launches for both brands. It will be led by food and beverage specialist, director Daisy Pack.

For AEG, the team will target food lovers via traditional and social communications, while for Zanussi, the agency will contribute to a through-the-line marketing campaign to re-launch the brand.

Electrolux UK head of marketing Chris George said: “Citizen has an impressive track record in communicating how brands can add value to people’s lives. We are excited to be working with the agency’s team of skilled storytellers to demonstrate in compelling ways how AEG and Zanussi can really make a difference.”

Helena Fisher, MD of Citizen Relations London, said: “We are delighted to partner with Electrolux on this far-reaching brief that will see Citizen drive shopping decisions and show consumers what’s possible through social content.”

Citizen Relations recently added Italian drinks company S.Pellegrino to its client roster, which also includes Dr. Oetker, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Moleskine, Clarence Court and P&G brands Fairy, Flash and Febreeze.
