LOS ANGELES—NBC Universal Cable Entertainment has named Nidia Caceros Kilde as vice president, communications, responsible for consumer and trade media relations on behalf of USA Network, Syfy, Bravo, E! Entertainment, Oxygen and Esquire Network. Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Caceros Kilde was director, corporate communications, at The Walt Disney Company.

She will lead public affairs and media relations, internal and external communications, executive communications, technical publications, customer relations, event planning, digital media, marketing communications, and corporate branding. NEW YORK—S&P Capital IQ, a business unit of McGraw Hill Financial and a leader in financial data, research and analytics, has hired Sunny Uberoi as vice president, global communications, focusing on internal and external audiences. Most recently, Uberoi was the head of stakeholder engagement communications at Deloitte. Earlier, he was the global head of communications for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.

She will oversee the overall communications for the agency’s global offices in Boulder, Miami, Los Angeles, London, São Paulo and Gothenburg.
