Earlier in her career, she worked at Media Monitors and the Women’s Sports Foundation in Australia.

DALLAS—UT Southwestern Medical Center has appointed Nimisha Savani as vice president of communications, marketing, and public affairs. In Savani will report to Dr. Daniel Podolsky , president of UT Southwestern, and will be responsible for leading all of the Medical Center's communications and marketing programs. Prior to joining UT Southwestern, she spent 11 years at ConvaTec, a New Jersey-based manufacturer of medical devices, most recently as vice president of corporate marketing, communications, and executive operations.
