WASHINGTON — Matthias Berninger has joined Bayer as the company’s senior VP of global public and government affairs. Berninger has spent the last 12 years at Mars, most recently as VP of public affairs.

DENVER — RE/MAX and Motto Mortgage has hired Kerry McGovern as VP, communications. McGovern was most recently at Under Armour as principal, strategy & projects. She worked directly with the CEO and served as a founding member of the brand’s corporate communications team.

WASHINGTON — Astrid Egerton-Vernon has joined Dentons as global director of communications.  Egerton-Vernon spent the last seven-plus years with Hilton, most recently heading communications for the Americas.
