NEW YORK—McCann Worldgroup has named Jeremy Miller as global chief communications officer for McCann Erickson Worldwide. Miller joins from a similar role at TBWA Worldwide and will focus on harnessing the power of the McCann story, evangelizing McCann’s work internally and externally and helping the agency create an integrated brand communications culture.

SILVER SPRING, MD—Cable industry veteran Monica Neal has been named senior vice president of public relations of TV One. She will lead and manage all of TV One’s communications and public relations, public affairs, talent relations, viewer services and investor relations. Neal will join TV One from Turner Broadcasting, where she has spent the past 12 years in a variety of communications and operational positions. Since 2009, she has been vice president of entertainment marketing for TNT and TBS.

STAMFORD, CT—Telecommunications company Frontier Communications has named Gregory Lundberg as vice president of investor relations and assistant treasurer. He reports to Donald Shassian, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Before Frontier, Lundberg was president of Communications Equity Research, an independent equity research firm covering the telecommunications, media, and technology industries. Prior to that, he was a vice president in equity research at Morgan Stanley covering telecommunications.
