MADISON, WI—Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board has hired Rachel Kerr as public relations manager, supporting national public relations and social media campaigns for WMMB. Kerr joins WMMB with nearly 10 years of experience, most recently as the senior assistant experiential marketing manager at Kraft Heinz Company. During her seven-year tenure at Kraft Heinz, Kerr worked on the Oscar Mayer brand.

ST. LOUIS—Engineering company Emerson has named Katherine Button Bell, vice president and chief marketing officer. Button Bell joined Emerson in 1999 and provides strategic leadership for the company’s global marketing, corporate branding, and digital customer experience initiatives. She also oversees corporate communications, market research, and professional development for the company’s marketing teams worldwide.

WASHINGTON, DC—Ethanol trade association Growth Energy has appointed Christopher Hogan as vice president of communications and public affairs. Hogan will oversee all aspects of the organization’s efforts to raise awareness of ethanol’s importance. He joins Growth Energy from the International Bottled Water Association, where he served since 2011 as vice president of communications. Earlier, he worked as the American Gas Association.

LOS ANGELES—Elliot Golan has joined real estate services company Colliers International as director, public relations and marketing. Golan will lead and manage the Colliers public relations team in the US focused on bringing commercial real estate business stories and trends to market in a timely and relevant fashion across all platforms. In his previous role as managing editor and director of content for Bisnow, Golan oversaw the company's international editorial team.

SAN DIEGO—Biocept, a molecular diagnostics company commercializing and developing proprietary liquid biopsy tests, has appointed David Moskowitz to the newly created position of vice president, strategy and corporate communications. Most recently, Moskowitz was vice president, investor relations at trovagene, a publicly traded molecular diagnostics company.  He previously was director of equity research at Caris & Co. and as head of healthcare research at Friedman Billings Ramsey.
