NEW YORK —Tech platform Brightfox, designed to help companies attract, develop and retain talent, has tapped Diffusion to build awareness of the product as it rolls out in the US.

As PR agency of record, Diffusion is tasked with positioning Brightfox as a pioneer in creating the first “talent experience platform” — with the ultimate goal of building a client base. The agency plans to leverage activation, research-backed campaigns and media relations to further Brightfox as a means of optimizing employee engagement and performance.

Internal communications, employee engagement and performance management features are part of the Brightfox platform. So are outlets for feedback and employee/employer dialogue.

Brightfox is the brainchild of Deena Fox, who developed and is launching the product after holding HR leadership roles at Oscar, Jet.com and Amazon. "Throughout my years working in HR, I’ve experienced the pains associated with not having an integrated technology solution to support employee experience while driving employee engagement and performance, which is why I felt compelled to create Brightfox," she said.

"Bringing the world’s first true talent experience platform to life is an undertaking that’s extremely important to me, and I needed a PR partner that really understood not only the issues challenging the industry—but the solution as well. Diffusion recognizes the major shift in today’s approach to the overall talent experience as an advantage for companies to win and retain talent, presenting a creative campaign that matches Brightfox’s passion and brand.”
