NEW YORK—Clients of global public relations firm Edelman have received 24 North American SABRE Award nominations for campaigns conducted in 2014.

The SABRE Awards North America finalists, announced today, include around 300 campaigns, selected from among more than 2,000 entries in this year's competition, which recognizes Superior Achievement in Branding, Reputation and Engagement.

The campaigns were evaluated over the past two weeks by a jury of more than 40 industry leaders.

Winners will be announced at the SABRE Awards dinner on May 5 at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York. Tickets and tables are available now.

While clients of Edelman led the way, clients of Weber Shandwick (including its Powell Tate subsidiary) garnered 19 nominations, followed by clients of Ketchum (16), FleishmanHillard (12) and Cohn & Wolfe (12).

Other firms racking up multiple campaign nominations for their clients included Cohn & Wolfe (nine); Coyne PR and MSLGroup (eight each); Golin and Ogilvy Public Relations (seven each); Porter Novelli (six); Burson-Marsteller, Exponent PR, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Padilla CRT, and RF Binder (five each); Mullen and TogoRun (four each).
