NEW YORK—Emanate has added veteran creative director Scott Cocchiere (pictured) as director, creative relevance. At the same time, award-winning film producer Barrett Tripp and digital marketing expert Joe DeSalazar join Emanate as vice presidents.

Cocchiere will help lead the ideation process and the creation of “relevance marketing” campaigns for Emanate’s entire client roster. He joins from Marketing Drive, where he served as creative director for all of the Dannon yogurt brands. Earlier in his career, Cocchiere held the same position at Ogilvy Action where he played a lead role in developing work for the Unilever businesses, including brands such as Bertolli, Ragu, and Dove.

Tripp will focus on the creation of strategic branded content and production of video across multiple digital and new media platforms ranging from webisodes and short films, to b-roll packages and internal and external facing corporate videos. He previously worked as an Emanate freelancer, producing video content for agency clients such as Bank of America, Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites, and Celebrity Cruises.

DeSalazar will help further develop Emanate’s digital and social media marketing capabilities. He joins from Digitas where he served as vice president on the American Express OPEN account
