MILAN—Fleishman-Hillard International Communications has appointed Marco Dell’Era as general manager in Italy. Dell’Era will assume responsibility for the firm’s business in Milan and join Fleishman-Hillard’s EMEA management team. before joining Fleishman-Hillard from his position as marketing and PR director at Art Living World, he was head of corporate communications at Nike Italy, marketing director at Dsquared2 and marketing and PR director of Lycos Italy, and worked at communications firms Barabino & Partners and Edelman.

Fleishman-Hillard will support Mimecast with an integrated communications program to support new launches and further innovation in email archiving, security, continuity and collaboration.

LONDON—Zeno has been appointed to handle the UK launch and ongoing communications for new headphone brand Sol Republic. LONDON—Bray Leino has formally created a health and wellbeing practice to promote Rx, OTC and wellbeing brands, as well as health awareness charities and campaigns.
