DUBAI—Hilton Worldwide has appointed Heather Shaw as senior director, corporate communications for the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, she will lead the company's strategic communications programs and PR in the 17 countries in which Hilton Worldwide currently operates in MEA. Shaw has worked with a number of high profile organizations including Barclays Bank, Time Warner and the New York City Mayor's office.

LONDON—IMG Worldwide, a sports, fashion and media company, has named Gary Double as vice president, corporate communications, Europe. Based in IMG's international headquarters in London, he will report to and work closely with IMG senior vice president, corporate communications, Jim Gallagher and will be responsible for PR and corporate communications across IMG's businesses in the UK and EMEA. Double joins IMG after running his own sports communications consultancy and having also been director of media and communications with then English Premier League club Portsmouth FC for over three years.

ARNHEM—Caroline Kamerbeek has joined business and technical consultancy and testing company KEMA as director of corporate marketing and communications. Kamerbeek and her team will further build the global KEMA brand and reputation and shape the global integrated marketing and communication policy to support the strategic and operational growth objectives of the organization. She brings 20 years of experience in marketing and communication functions, of which the past nine were spent at Philips.

GLASGOW—Scottish Game Jam, the regional division of the Global Game Jam, has appointed industry leading digital PR agency Revolver to provide the annual event with a comprehensive range of PR, social media communication, and media outreach services.

LONDON—Fishburn Hedges has hired Eva Keogan, previously head of social media at LBi, as its new head of innovation to grow and develop the consultancy’s offer in social media planning, strategy and engagement. At LBi, Keogan was responsible for developing the agency’s social media team, as well as new methodologies for social media strategy and research. She also spent time at lastminute.com, Cisco Europe, Pleon Communications and Praxis PR. Fishburn Hedges has also recruited Benjamin Fox from 1000heads as a social media consultant.
