LONDON—Teneo Holdings, which recently bought UK public relations firms Blue Rubicon and StockWell, is acquiring Pendomer Communications, a financial and corporate communications firm based in London. Pendomer—led by former Financial Dynamics executives Charles Armitstead and Ben Foster and specializing in financial and transaction communications—will join forces with Teneo’s existing UK operations to create a business with more than 200 professionals in London and a further 300 people across 14 offices around the world.

BRUSSELS—Edit Herczog, former member of the European Parliament from Hungary, has joined APCO Worldwide’s international advisory council. Herczog brings expertise in financial mechanisms and budgetary techniques from her time serving on the Budget & Budgetary Control Committees in the European Parliament. She also served on the Industry Research & Energy Committee, where she gained a unique perspective on the legislative process and research and development. Prior to serving in the European Parliament, Herczog was a member of the Hungarian Parliament.

LONDON—Harvard, part of Chime, has been selected by Ricoh Europe after a four-way pitch to lead a corporate communications programme including thought-leadership content, social media and pan-European media relations. The campaign aims to better connect Ricoh’s communications to business sales by elevating the brand among C-level audiences.

SHEFFIELD— Roaring Mouse, a PR and digital communications consultancy, has been appointed to represent Amplified Robot, a London-based digital development studio specialising in virtual and augmented reality content production. Roaring Mouse will help Amplified Robot build new relationships by with marketing directors, advertisers and broadcasters by building awareness of the studio's new initiatives and sharing its thought leadership content through traditional, online and social media.
