LONDON – Edelman UK has named Hugh Taggart its new general manager of corporate affairs.  Taggart will be responsible for leading the agency’s corporate affairs and Ireland team, with the goal of growing the office’s integrated client work. With 15-years in-house and agency experience, Taggart will manage a team of more than 150 consultants. He comes from Bell Pottinger, where Taggart served as managing director of the agency’s engage practice – which he also helped launch.

LONDON – Ogilvy PR London has hired Rahul Titus as its new head of influencer marketing. Titus, who ran MediaCom’s influencer offering, will oversee Ogilvy’s data-driven approach to influencer marketing. That includes leading the roll out of ADAM, the Ogilvy influencer identification tool that takes a media agnostic approach to matching influencers and clients. Titus reports to Jai Kotecha, Ogilvy UK managing partner of digital, social and content.

ZURICH – Cecile Vion-Lanctuit is the new head of communications of Marenco Swiss Helicopter, the next-gen helicopter producer and distributor. In her new role, Vion-Lanctuit oversees all internal and external communications for MSH. She also is responsible for the marketing activities of MSH in close alignment with the sales, program and engineering departments. Vion-Lanctuit joins MSH from Bombardier Transportation, where she spent three years as VP of communications.

LONDON – Good Relations has appointed Sophie Taylor-Roberts to be the executive director in charge of establishing the agency’s new health and wellbeing practice. Taylor-Roberts comes after eight-plus years at Red Consultancy, where she was joint managing director of the agency’s health practice. In that role, she oversaw campaigns for healthcare companies including Sanofi, Pfizer, Janssen and Boots, delivering award-winning, multi-channel communications campaigns.
