NEW YORK —Amy Palladino has joined BCW as executive VP, managing director in the agency’s US corporate practice. Based in New York, Palladino will focus on senior client counsel and executive positioning for the agency’s largest corporate clients. Palladino previously was a managing director in FTI Consulting's strategic communication and business transformation segments, working with clients in the healthcare and energy industries. Before that she was senior director of corporate communications for Heineken USA.

NEW YORK — Katie Myler has joined The Global Park Group as a managing director in the firm’s strategic communications division. Myler joins GPG from Burson-Marsteller where she was based in London and New York, working with clients which included Ford Motor Company, Accenture, Heineken and Dow. Previously, Myler served in the British Government as senior advisor to the Home Secretary and the Secretary of State for Health.

NEW YORK — DKC has named Julie Matic as senior VP, digital lead of HangarFour, the agency's full-service creative, digital content and experiential marketing unit. She joins from Cohn & Wolfe, where she spearheaded digital strategy for the consumer and multicultural practices as part of the agency's global Digital Innovation Group. During her tenure, she developed campaigns for PANDORA Jewelry, Gillette, and Colgate-Palmolive's brand portfolio.

WASHINGTON — FTI Consulting has named Charlene MacDonald as a managing director in the Americas healthcare & life sciences sector. MacDonald joins FTI’s strategic communications group following nearly eight years of service on Capitol Hill, most recently as senior policy advisor to House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland, where she played a key role in the development and execution of congressional Democrats’ strategy related to health policy issues.

NEW YORK — Ruder Finn has upped Tejas Totade from group VP of technology and innovation to head of emerging technology, with a concentration on analytics and voice. Tejas will broaden his focus on Ruder Finn’s expanding data and analytics services including its proprietary social listening tool Beacon, AI targeting and voice offerings.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Crosby Marketing Communications has added two to its team — Gary Ellison as senior multimedia editor and Kelly Scruggs as a social media designer. Ellison comes from Discovery Communications, where he spent six years as a producer/editor creating promotions and digital and social media content for the group’s networks. Scruggs comes to Crosby from Merkle, where she was an art director for clients including USAA, Nationwide and Laser Spine Institute.
