CHICAGO —Performics, the Publicis-owned marketing agency, has appointed Erin Lanuti to the newly created role of global performance solutions officer.

Lanuti joins from MSL, also a Publicis firm, where she was chief influence strategist. During her tenure there, Lanuti built the agency’s Conversation2Commerce influencer-based offering, which she will continue to lead in her new role.

Additionally, Lanuti is charged with building and overseeing Performics’ new global performance solutions offering. That initiative involves using Performics and Publicis’ range of technology and resources to create new servings around discoverability, voice and commerce.

With more than 20 years of experience developing and executing performance-driven solutions for brands, Lanuti also is charged with leading the creation and incubation of other new consulting services, investments and strategic partnerships.

She will report to David Gould, Performics global brand president, who welcomed Lanuti onboard. “With C2C, Erin built a truly unique solution and team from the ground up that is overcoming the barriers facing influence marketing and producing revenue for brands,” he said. “This experience makes Erin the perfect person to lead our new performance solutions offering, where she’ll create more opportunities to drive attributable revenue and brand impact for our clients.”
