ALLENTOWN, PA—Jim Tsokanos, who departed his role in charge of at MSLGroup America in 2012, has joined healthcare provider Coordinated Health as president.

Tsokanos told the Holmes Report that he had taken on the position at the Pensylvania-based hospital network in October, 2013, after running a consulting business for a number of months.

"I wanted to work for a cutting edge, for-profit, private business that was really entrepreneurial," said Tsokanos. "Working in healthcare gives me lots of purpose."

Tsokanos left MSLGroup after 11 years with the agency, which included running the Atlanta business before eventually becoming president of the Americas region. His exit came amid an ongoing class-action gender discrimination lawsuit brought against MSLGroup by former executives, which has been denied by the agency.

At Coordinated Health, Tsokanos reports to CEO Emil Dilorio. On its website, the provider describes itself as "a hospital network positioning itself to succeed in the post healthcare reform world."
