MADRID—The Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management is partnering with Dircom, the Spanish association of communication directors, to host the Eighth World Public Relations Forum, which will take place in Madrid on September 21-23, 2014, and focus on “Communication with conscience.”

“Few themes are more relevant to modern society than ‘communication with conscience,’” says Daniel Tisch, chair of the Global Alliance and co-chair of the WPRF 2014 committee, who adds that the event “will continue a global dialogue on professional communication as a process rooted in character and values, in listening to stakeholders, and in a sense of ethics and responsibility to society.”

The conference builds on the success of the 2012 World Public Relations Forum in Melbourne, Australia, which attracted more than 800 delegates from 30 countries and unanimously adopted the Global Melbourne Mandate model for public relations and communication management.
