LONDON--GolinHarris has promoted Charlie Coney to lead its creative offering across EMEA.

Coney's elevation to EMEA head of creative follows the agency's hire of Charlie Tercek as global ECD. Coney was previously creative director of GolinHarris' London office, after serving as a director in the consumer practice.

Following Coney's new role, Max Wild has been promoted to creative director in London.

Coney’s expanded role encompasses creative best practice and leadership of the firm's 'Bright Collective' across EMEA, whilst continuing to lead creative on key client accounts in the UK. Since implementing a new agency model in 2010, GolinHarris houses its creative talent within a 'creator' community.

“The Bright Collective is a proprietary, curated co-creation portal that brings together nearly 200 creative minds from around the world,” Coney explained. “Launched last May, the Bright Collective has been used to develop several new business-winning campaign ideas. I look forward to growing the platform and rolling it out in several European markets in 2013.”
