LONDON — Hill+Knowlton Strategies is partnering with production company Happy Finish to launch Reality+, a new ‘extended reality’ – or XR – offer, including virtual reality, augmented reality and 360° video production.

The agency has developed the offer in response to clients wanting XR solutions to give customers “powerful, immersive experiences”. Reality+ is billed as a “marriage of deep, sector-led communications expertise with best-in-class production, plus data and insights, behavioural science, purpose-led communications, event production, media relations, and content and publishing.”

H+K’s social media director Candace Kuss and Happy Finish CEO Daniel Cheetham unveiled Reality+ at the agency’s annual Creativity+Opportunity event in London, including case studies of XR-led creative work for brands such as Ford, Apple, LandRover, Exxon Mobile and National Geographic.

Simon Whitehead, H+K’s UK chief executive, said: “From enabling empathy to transporting you to new worlds, XR can be a powerful tool in communications when done right. This new partnership with Happy Finish complements our deep sector expertise, providing another offer to further expand our breadth of services.”

Cheetham added: “Happy Finish and H+K share the same values; a deep commitment to client service and the relentless pursuit of mastery in our respective fields. Together, we will have an unparalleled advantage in coupling the very latest in immersive technology with communications and events.”
