OSLO—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has unveiled a new EMEA management team, after reuniting the region under the leadership of Lars Erik Grønntun.

Grønntun, who was named EMEA CEO last month, has created a leadership group that spans several cities across the firm's regional presence, rather than housing it in one HQ.

"That will typically alienate a network of local businesses," Grønntun told the Holmes Report last month. "70% of the business will be elsewhere than London — so you need an inclusive model. So I will establish management functions across the region."

Rune Wilhelmsen in Oslo becomes CFO EMEA, supported by finance VP Julie Santens in Brussels.

Two executives — Ingo Heijnen in Amsterdam and Henrik Halvorsen in Oslo — have been named SVP of operations.

In London, Sam Lythgoe is elevated to the position of SVP of marketing and business development for EMEA, while Melanie Faithfull Kent in Brussels  becomes SVP of professional development.

Sconaid McGeachin in Dubai remains president of Africa, Middle East and Turkey and Jim Bull retains his role as CFO for the same sub-region.
