ATHENS—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has promoted Eleni Constantinidi to CEO of its Greek operation, succeeding Petros Constantinidis.

Constantinidis, who founded the agency's presence in Greece, will continue as partner and president.

Constantinidi as previously VP and head of digital and creative services. Meanwhile,H+K Strategies Athens GM Fotini Babanara is to leave for a senior position on the client side.

“The market has already recognized the creative development of our company with more than 12 local and international creative awards within two years," said Constantinidi. "I intend to continue to take us from strength to strength and drive this outstanding work forward."
