LOS ANGELES—Global nutrition company Herbalife has named Ric Hobby as senior vice president for global government relations; Megan Jordan as senior vice president for global corporate communications; and Randall Popelka as vice president, government and industry affairs..

Hobby most recently served as the company’s vice president of worldwide regulatory, government and industry affairs, based in Australia. Jordan joins Herbalife after managing communications at one of the country's largest utilities, Southern California Edison. Popelka joins Herbalife after two decades on Capitol Hill, in the administration of President George W. Bush and in the private sector.

Julian Cacchioli will continue in his role as vice president of global corporate communications but will also take on the added responsibility of coordinating the company’s global public policy strategy and will oversee the company’s corporate social responsibility program.
