HONG KONG—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed two directors in its Hong Kong office, Joey Chan and Virginia Ngai, and added media trainer May Chan Rhodes. They will report directly to John Morgan, chief operating officer, H+K Strategies Asia and managing director, H+K Strategies Hong Kong.

Chan (pictured) joins as director, corporate communications and government / public affairs with 15 years of experience working with Dairy Farm Company, Edelman, Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation and MTR Corporation.

Ngai joins as director, digital communications and consumer marketing, bringing 11 years of experience. She joins from Grebstad Hicks Communications Hong Kong, where she served as digital media director. Prior to that, she was a senior editor with Edipresse, and was tasked to manage the editorial content for Macau Tatler.

Rhodes is a former business reporter at the South China Morning Post, where she covered business assignments including trend stories, business features and profile pieces of individuals and companies within the financial sector.
