The Holmes Report has opened its Best Agencies to Work For research in Asia-Pacific for 2018. Based on the research, we'll present the top five agencies to work for in various categories in August and the top-ranked agencies will be recognized at the SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific, held on September 11 in Singapore.

The survey — which requires a minimum of 100 employee participants or 51% for smaller agencies — asks for employee views on a wide range of issues including the integrity of senior management, the quality of professional development, empowerment, risk-taking and compensation. All agency data is kept confidential by virtue of encrypting the data files.

Being selected as a Best Agency to Work For by the Holmes Report is considered the ultimate benchmark of PR firm culture and workplace performance, in an industry whose primary asset remains its people.
