PHOENIX—Havas PR has opened a full-service office in Phoenix, focusing on corporate communications, Hispanic media relations, social media and digital marketing. The firm has been named agency of record for Fox Restaurant Concepts, headquartered in Phoenix, and the new office will also represent SocialWhirled, Big Lots, and the Indigenous Peoples Law & Policy Program at the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law.

NEW YORK—Didit, an integrated marketing communications firm based in Mineola, NY, has acquired public relations firm Bridge Global Strategies, Didit’s second PR agency acquisition, after buying LVM in February of last year. Bridge, led by president Lucy Siegel, is best known for its PR services for startups, and for helping overseas companies with US market entry. Rick Gould of Gould & Partners served as an advisor on the transaction.

NEW YORK—UK-based Curzon PR is expanding its international presence with the establishment of a New York office. Curzon works across arts, culture, business and policy and has expanded its client roster with work for the Museum of the Jewish Soldier in World War II, which is backed by the Israeli government, and the launch of the Canadian government’s Creative Saskatchewan exhibition.
