The agencies will share client referrals and marketing resources as well as new business development opportunities.

MONTREAL — Teneo has acquired Hatley Strategy Advisors, a strategic communications and corporate advisory firm based in Montreal. The merged company will operate under the Teneo brand. Hatley is led by three partners: Adam Daifallah, who previously practiced law at the Montreal office of Norton Rose Fulbright; Carl Vallée, who was formerly press secretary and spokesperson to former Prime Minister Stephen Harper; and, Alexandre Meterissian, who has experience on Parliament Hill in Ottawa.

Carolina Content & Media Relations Corporation provides media relations, editing and writing, and content marketing services for professionals in high-tech and sports business-to-business (B2B) companies in the Davidson and Charlotte areas, as well as around the US. Hartley led media relations programs for Accenture, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Agere Systems.
