DUBLIN—Teneo has acquired PSG Communications, a leading communications and sports advisory practice based in Dublin, Ireland. PSG was founded in 2014 following a merger between leading Irish PR firms Pembroke Communications and Slattery Communications. Today, the firm has 55 employees and advises some of Ireland's largest corporate and not-for-profit entities, as well as a growing number of multinational clients based in Ireland. 

CLEVELAND—Strategic communications and investor relations firm Falls Communications is adding a government and public affairs practice at its headquarters office in Cleveland and will also expand into Washington, DC. Maureen Harper, who joins as vice president from the city of Wheat Ridge, where she was public information officer, will lead the Cleveland government and public affairs group. Tom Medaglia, an experienced Washington insider, will head the new DC office as its president.

NEW YORK—Steinreich Communications Group has acquired Kenwerks, a fashion public relations and marketing firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles, headed by Kenneth Loo. All Kenwerks employees will be retained and will move into Steinreich offices on both coasts. Loo will join Steinreich Communications as a senior vice president of its global fashion group. The acquisition is Steinreich's third in the last 12 months.
