NEW YORK — New York Women in Communications, the organization for women in the communications industry, has named Meredith Long as president. Long is currently senior vice president, news, luxury and style at Time Inc. and succeeds Jacki Kelley, COO of Bloomberg Media. As president, Long will focus on corporate membership, acting as a resource for inclusion and diversity at every stage and role in communications. She will also focus on programming that is engaging and relevant to the organization and its members.

Taylor institute for direct marketing to provide real world, hands-on experience to students studying the art and science of marketing research. The exclusive internship program begins during the summer semester and will continue throughout the year. NEW YORK — International public relations agency Steinreich Communications Group, Inc. has announced the formation of a new supply chain management specialty group within its corporate practice. The group is focusing on strategy and experience design, current and emerging technologies int he supply chain, omni-channel approaches, innovations in the supply change, and global economy supply chain issues. The group is led by corporate practice vice president Ariella Steinreich. She joined the firm in 2014 from Burson-Marsteller where she handled global media relations for several of the agency's key clients including Accenture and its supply chain offering. 

HINGAM — Hollywood Public Relations has rebranded as Hollywood Agency. The firm said the change celebrates the firm's evolution from a traditional PR shop to a fully integrated communications agency. The firm is positioning itself as a national presence in the consumer good and business services industries, and has launched a new website.
