The office will be led by new vice president Naureen Kazi, who joins from Development Counsellors International, where she led national public relations and trade marketing efforts for destination clients for more than six years. She also has experience with FleishmanHillard Tokyo.
JACKSONVILLE, FL—Marketing executive Charlene Dance, former global marketing director at Strength of Nature Global, has launched The Montage Agency, a full-service multicultural marketing collective. She will be joined by partners including Randy Washburn, a 35-year veteran in media research, media planning, and media buying, who serves as chief operating officer and media services director; Tracey Jennings, former EVP of GlobalHue ad agency; Christan Duncan as digital and social media services director; and Christina Brown, founder of multicultural platform LoveBrownSugar, as director, PR services and influencer engagement.
TEHRAN—Iranian Public Relations House has joined the International Communications Consultancy Organisation as its 38th national association member. The two parties signed an agreement for closer cooperation last year, and the Iranian Public Relations House has since applied for full membership. The group works in accordance with the Constitutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran and is under the supervision of the Ministry of Interior.

By pairing LiveRamp's identity resolution service with the capabilities of the Cision Communications Cloud, communications professionals will be able to identify the audiences that are digesting earned media, allowing them to analyze key audience insights such as consumer or business attributes, as well as key behavioral, sentiment, and intent data.
