NEW HOPE, PA—W2O Group has acquired Marketeching Solutions, a leading research and social listening consultancy focused in healthcare and life sciences. Marketeching, founded in 2008 by Kevin Johnson, combines traditional and social/online data analytics methodologies and approaches to offer patient journeys, disease mapping, key influencer profiling and linguistics/content analyses. The firm, which currently employs 20 people, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of W2O Group. It will be operated independently by Johnson, who will remain president and report to Paul Dyer, president of W2O’s analytics and insights practice.

NEW YORK—Goodman Media International, celebrating its 20th anniversary year, has launched GMI Digital. Amy Jaick, who worked at Goodman Media from 2006 to 2010, returns to the agency to oversee the firm’s new digital communications unit as executive director. Previously, Jaick headed digital marketing for Estimize, a financial technology company focused on crowdsourced financial data and oversaw marketing efforts for The Economist’s conferences business in North and South America.

NEW YORK—North 6th Agency is opening a “night owl” media specialist position in 2017, working the overnight shift from N6A's headquarters in the heart of SoHo. The “night owl’ position was borne from an experimental customer service practice that N6A created earlier this year.
