MINNEAPOLIS —Broadhead has acquired Kohnstamm Communications, a food public relations agency known nationally for launching and marketing dozens of iconic better-for-you brands, including Honest Tea, Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP, Happy Baby and Noosa Yoghurt. Kohnstamm and its leadership team will transition into Broadhead, while remaining a boutique, consumer food-focused brand in the market.

RESTON, VA — Buffalo Groupe has acquired 54 Brands, the marketing and communications company based in Charlotte, NC. The agency will now be known as 54 Brands, a Buffalo Groupe Company, with Jack Burris continuing to lead as president. Burris will concurrently hold the title of managing director with Buffalo Groupe. 54 Brands will remain headquartered in Charlotte.
