LONDON — Iris Worldwide has strengthened its creative, PR and brand expertise teams with the promotion of Robin Davies and the addition of Bonnie Ohara and Rachid Ahouiyek. 

Ohara joins the firm from Amplify and will spearhead the network's experiential offering, while Ahouiyek joins from McCann WorldGroup to serve as creative director. Meanwhile, Davies is elevated to board director on the agency's global work with Samsung. 

"As our seven haul win at Cannes Lions last week shows, we're making bolder and braver work than ever before, thanks to our increasingly diverse and specialist hires," said Vicki Harding, managing partner at Iris Culture, the agency's PR and experiential team. 

At Amplify, Ohara served as account director, delivering integrated brand experience across events, social and digital brands including Converse, Belvedere, Virgin, Nike Foundation and Wrigley's. At Iris, Ohara will oversee the integrated experiential skill set within the agency network and to existing and potential new clients. She has also held the role of brand director at Crowdmix, where she was responsible for driving the commercial strategy for the business, building the brand team and forging relationships with key strategic partners. 

Ahouiyek joins Iris after nearly four years as creative director at McCann WorldGroup, where he was responsible for global creative on Zurich Insurance. Prior to that, he worked at Wieden & Kennedy on accounts including Nike, Electronic Arts, Siemens, and Coca Cola. At Iris, he is tasked with leading and inspiring creative teams across the agency's Adidas account, along with other clients. 

For Davies, his promotion to board director comes after success on a recent Samsung project, where he lead culture shaping campaigns that targeted consumers through insight driven PR, targeting content and influencer partnerships. He also oversaw Serif's globe launch from a PR, social, partnerships and content perspective and most recently, was project director for Samsung Unconfined, an experiential activity supporting the global launch of Samsung Galaxy S8 at Milan Design Week.
